Janatics Quick Couplers are with socket assembly and plug assembly. Designed for fast and convenient connection and disconnection of pneumatic lines without the need for additional tools.

The plug assembly inserted in the socket assembly which enables proper sealing of compressed air.

Quick Coupler – Socket & Plug: This assembly is used in airline for easy handling. The Socket assembly having valve arrangement inside is fixed in the airline pipe which is sealed. By inserting the plug, which is connected to the tube, the airline is connected. When we remove the plug, the airline is disconnected. Easy operation enables time saving.

Socket Assembly – WQC Series:

The quick coupling socket, made of Nickel-plated brass body. The socket assembly is available with male and female thread. Male thread is Teflon pre-coated taper threads.
Available Sizes: 5NW, 8 NW.

Available Thread Sizes:

• Male - R1/4, R1/2.

• Female – G1/4, G1/2.

Plug - WQP Series:

The Plug is used for quick connection and release in the airline. It is connected with required hose. Three types of plugs recommended for use.
