Janatics Fittings are quick insert and quick release type fittings, used to connect tubing to Valves, Cylinders and other Pneumatic equipment for transferring compressed air.

One Touch Fittings are made of Plastic and Metal outer housing. The tube can be inserted through collet cap, where the collet holds the tube. To release the tube the collet cap is pressed. Easy insertion and release of tube enable lesser time.

These fittings have male thread and female thread. The male thread is BSP parallel, BSP taper and metric thread. The BSP tapper thread is precoated with Teflon coating for sealing which eliminates leakage in the thread joint with the matting component. For the BSP parallel and metric threads sealing washers are provided to get a leak proof joint.

One touch Fittings has following various types:

• WP2 Series (Dia 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 & 16) - Plastic

• WP3 Series (Dia 4 & 6) – Plastic Mini Fitting

• WM2 Series (Dia 4, 6, 8 & 10) - Brass

• WM5 Series (Dia 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 & 16) - Stainless Steel

The following fitting varieties are recommended for air connection:

Union:

Union type fittings are mountable with tubes in Input and Output, both sides.

Straight Connector:

These connectors have one end threaded and other end for tube insertion. Male and female thread are recommended. Bulkhead female connector also available which is panel mountable.

Elbow Connector:

This is a L shaped connector having thread on one end and other end for tube insertion. Male and female thread are recommended.

Tee Connector:

This is a T shaped connector having thread on one end and other two ends for tube insertion. Male and female thread are recommended.

Y-Shape fitting:

This is a Y shaped connector having thread on one end and other two ends for tube insertion. Male and female thread are recommended.

Swivel fitting:

These fittings have a separate housing fitted on metal connector. Single, double and triple swivel fittings are available. The housing can be rotated 360˚. The housing is having provision for tube insertion.

Multi Distributor:

This is a single housing having multiple outlets fixed on a threaded stem. The tube can be inserted in the given outlets.

Self-Sealing fitting:

This fitting used in circuits where continuous supply not required. When the tube is removed automatically the airline disconnected.

Plug:

The unused position of airline fitting can be easily disconnected by this plug.

Air Blow Gun:

Air Blow Gun is a hand operated pneumatic element when connected to compressed air source, deliver a powerful stream of air. Used for Cleaning, Drying, blowing away debris etc.,

Nipples:

Nipples are short length of metal component with male thread and Female Thread on both sides for connecting the pipes.

Junction Box:

Junction Box is a Metal block is an enclosure having female thread, that houses fittings for air Distribution in air line. Mounting holes provided for mounting in the wall or in the required position in a circuit. These junction boxes Made of Aluminium anodized body.

Quick Coupler – Socket & Plug:

This assembly is used in airline for easy handling. The Socket assembly having valve arrangement inside is fixed in the airline pipe which is sealed. By inserting the plug, which is connected to the tube, the airline is connected. When we remove the plug, the airline is disconnected. Easy operation enables time saving.
