Janatics ISO Sub Bases confirming to ISO 5599-1 provide a standard mounting interface for pneumatic valves, allowing compatibility across multiple brands and simplified maintenance. They can be used in modular assemblies as they have standardized port patterns. For high flow requirements these valves are used.
Janatics ISO Sub base valve Series DS4 have subbase and valves suitable for ISO size 1 and size 3. In this series we have ISO SIZE 1, Single Solenoid pilot operated valves spring return and Double Solenoid pilot operated valves. In ISO SIZE 3 we have 5/2 Single Solenoid pilot operated valve spring return, 5/2 Double Solenoid pilot operated valve, 5/2 Single External pilot operated with spring return valve, 5/2 Double External pilot operated valve and 5/3 Solenoid Spring centered valve (Blocked). The Supply air and pilot air are given through sub base. The outlet is taken out from sub base.
