Janatics Soft start valve [Light weight] is a pneumatic valve that controls the initial flow in a pneumatic system to protect the pneumatic elements.
This reduces mechanical shock, sudden motion of actuators, valves, pneumatic elements etc. This valve protects the pneumatic elements and gradually fills the pressurized air in the line.
Based on the Needle valve adjustment the supply pressure flow switching time delayed and reaches the full flow in outlet.
Can be mounted individually in any pressure line using nipples.
Modular mounting with FRL is possible.
Flush type pressure gauge with standard model. Clamp, Adaptor plate for threaded pressure gauge and front plate optional.
