Janatics Tie Rod Cylinder is a Pneumatic Actuator / Cylinder that uses high strength tie rods to secure the end caps to the cylinder barrel. These Tie rods, tightened with end cover bolts to the barrel, holding everything together against internal pressure. Pneumatic tie rod cylinders are provided with cushion adjustment at both end covers, to avoid forceful hitting of piston on the end cover. It works by using pressurized air to move a piston, Creating linear motion. The key feature is the external tie rods, which provide a robust, Serviceable design that is easier to maintain. Recommended for medium to light duty Application. Pneumatic tie rod cylinder, as per ISO 6431. Another model is as per ISO 15552 / VDMA 24562. Magnetic and Non-Magnetic versions are available. Self-mounting, Varieties of mountings and accessories available for mounting the cylinder as per requirement.
