Janatics Straight Connectors are provided with Male or female thread in one end and provision for inserting the tube at another end. Connector is having Hexagon shape / round Metal housing. In line fitting is possible. Tube can be inserted on one side. The tube can be removed, and the male connector can be removed for service. This is ideal for maintenance. The tube can be easily inserted and when we press the collet cap the tube will get released. The air leakage is eliminated by using these types of connectors. Nylon (PA6), Soft Nylon, Polyethylene and Polyurethane with various colours can be used. Without rotating the pipe or line connection the tube can be inserted / released. Applicable sizes of Outer Diameter of the tubes are metric series(mm) 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 sizes. In this design we have the following types.

1] WP2 Series - With metal Housing and plastic collet cap (Hexagon housing).

• Male Connector (M5 (metric), R1/8, R1/4, R3/8, R1/2, R3/4, R1)

• Female Connector (G1/8, G1/4, G3/8, G1/2)

• Bulkhead Female Connector (G1/4) This Fitting can be connected in panel mode for easy usage.

• Male connector (With internal hexagon Socket) (M5 (metric), R1/8, R1/4, R3/8, R1/2, R3/4, R1)
