Directional Control Valve

Pneumatic Valve:

Janatics Direction control valve / pneumatic valve is a device that regulates/directs the flow of compressed air in a pneumatic system. These valves are used in the pneumatic circuits for machinery motion control, environmental systems and safety automation. Enables automated and precise sequencing of industrial processes. These Pneumatic valves direct the air flow to actuate cylinders and other pneumatic devices. Janatics Pneumatic valves are various types, operated by Solenoid (Electrical), Mechanical, Manual and Air pilot.

Direction Control Valve Types
  • 2/2 way

  • 3/2-way

  • 4/3-way

  • 5/2 way

  • 5/3-way

For controlling air flow, in the required direction. These valves are actuated based on the valve design to achieve the required flow. Direct acting and pilot operated models are used based on the flow requirement for the pneumatic devices.

Main Valve Design Type:
  • Poppet

  • Diaphragm

  • Spool

Pilot design Type:
  • Piston

  • Diaphragm

These valves are actuated to the required position and based on the application return to normal position. Various types of actuations are applied to Actuate and Return.

Actuation
  • Hand, foot Operated – lever, Button

  • Air pilot Operated – Uses compressed air to actuate

  • Solenoid – Electrically operated using AC, DC coils.

Return
  • Spring

  • Hand, foot Operated – lever, Button

  • Air pilot Operated – Uses compressed air to actuate

  • Solenoid – Electrically operated using AC, DC coils.

For Solenoid operated valves Manual Operator provided:
  • Push type

  • Push and Turn to lock

  • Turn to lock

  • Turn to lock with knob
