Janatics Air Preparation Unit, conditions compressed air to run the pneumatic equipments reliably and efficiently. In the Compressed air, the contaminants and moisture removed by the Air Filter. The required Air Pressure is regulated by the Air Regulator. To Support the dynamic motion-controlled lubrication added in the compressed air by Lubricator. Filter and Regulator combination is a single unit for Easy Handling and Space Saving. In the Filter series to remove fine dust and oil particles in the compressed air, Mist Separator is recommended.

In general, in the air preparation unit Filter, Regulator and Lubricator are connected individually or as a modular unit for compact space and easy maintenance.

In Janatics FRL 1 series Round type Pressure Gauge, Dial Type is recommended for the Regulator for Pressure Setting /Reading.
In Janatics FRL 3 series Flush type Pressure Gauge Dial Type (Inbuilt) is fitted in the Regulator for Pressure Setting / Reading.
For mounting the FRL products Clamps are recommended. For assembling the FRL unit as Modular, accessories are recommended
