Janatics FRCLM series, is a set of pneumatic air preparation elements Filter, Regulator Combination and Lubricator are joined together using accessories to mount them compactly. In the Filter Regulator Combination, the air gets filtered by the Filter element and the pressure regulated by the regulator knob. The Regulator maintains consistent pressure levels. The Lubricator adds oil into the air stream for lubrication. This reduces piping, savings space and enables easy maintenance. In the Standard Modular Assembly two sets of piping adaptor assembly used at the ends for connecting input and output. These modular accessories are used to connect any variable type in the Filter Regulator Combination (Variable Micron, Variable Set Pressure) and Lubricator Model. This enables the customer to connect as per his requirement for the pneumatic line. Either Spacer Assembly or Wall Mounting Bracket Assembly can be fitted in between the FRCLM Unit as per option. The end piping adaptors can be connected with the tube for connecting the input and output air. The filter, Regulator or lubricator can be removed for servicing without disturbing the pipeline by loosening the Spacer Assembly / Wall Mounting Bracket Assembly easily. This reduces the Maintenance Time.

• FRCLM1- with Piping Adaptor Assembly (Polycarbonate Bowl and Bowl Guard) with Wall Mounting Bracket Assembly. Manual Drain is fitted in the Filter

• FRCLM1 / S - without Piping Adaptor Assembly (Polycarbonate Bowl and Bowl Guard) with Spacer Assembly. Manual Drain is fitted in the Filter

• FRCLM1 / W - without Piping Adaptor Assembly (Polycarbonate Bowl and Bowl Guard) with Wall Mounting Bracket Assembly. Manual Drain is fitted in the Filter.

• FRCLM1…A- with Piping Adaptor Assembly (Polycarbonate Bowl and Bowl Guard) with Internal Auto Drain with Wall Mounting Bracket Assembly fitted in between.

• FRCLM1-M - with Piping Adaptor Assembly with Metal Bowl having Manual Drain and Auto Drain. Also, with or without Level Indicator.

• FRCLM3 / W - Wall Mounting Bracket or FRCLM3 / B -Bracket Assembly in between. Screw Type Manual Drain fitted in the Polycarbonate Bowl with Polyamide Bowl
