Silencer (Series AS)

Janatics Silencers are used to reduce the noise of the exhaust air while the actuator or valve is in motion. When we fix the silencer in the Exhaust port, the product is prevented from dust entry through the port. The standard version consists of “sintered bronze” silencer elements with or without brass body.

Types:

• Silencer (Conical) – Hexagon – Conical sintered bronze filter element fitted on hexagonal brass base.

• Silencer (Button) – Button type – Button type sintered bronze filter element fitted on hexagonal brass base.

• Silencer (Conical) - Slotted head – Conical sintered bronze filter element having screwdriver slot.

• Silencer cum flow control (with lock nut) – Cylinder type sintered bronze filter element fitted on hexagonal brass base and with a needle for Exhaust flow adjustment. The needle position can be locked by lock nut.

• Silencer cum flow control (with spring) – Round type sintered bronze filter element fitted on hexagonal brass base and with a spring for Exhaust flow adjustment. The adjustment is retained by the spring.

• Compact type silencer (AS01) – These silencers are made of polyethylene porous material. This porous material is mounted on a plastic base having thread. Excellent noise reduction performance. Lightweight type. Can be tightened by hand. They are available in the following sizes: G1/8, G1/4, G3/8, and G1/2.

• Port Plug - Port plugs are used to securely seal the valve port, according to the circuit requirement. The plug is made of metal with sealing washer to avoid air leakage. They are available in the following sizes: M5, G1/8, G1/4, G3/8, and G1/2.

• Coil without Connector For solenoid operated valves different type of molded coils, are used based on the valve design. These coils are as per DIN standard. As per DIN standard the pin positions are given in the coils. Three types of coils without connectors are recommended for the specified voltage as spares.
  o Coil without Connector (32mm)
  o Coil without Connector (22mm)
  o Coil without Connector (17mm)
  Various types of connectors recommended for connecting with the coil, referring to the size, Voltage and connector type.

• Flame Proof Coil – Flame Proof Coil with socket assembly suitable for 22mm width actuator assembly is recommended as spare.

• DMN Valve - Mounting Bracket The DMN Valve can be mounted individually using the threaded holes provided at the bottom. It can be connected to the ports in the air line also. Additionally, L Bracket also recommended for mounting the valve in any base or machine.

• Spares – For all solenoid operated valves, the moving core assembly is recommended as a replaceable part after some operations, for proper functioning without leak. For the valves seal wearing parts are recommended as spares.
