Janatics compact valve, is a direction control valve with spool type design. It is a Pilot operated Valve. For Pilot operation the valve is fitted with Solenoid (Electrical) Pilot, Air Pilot etc., This spool type direction control valve used in pneumatic systems to regulate the direction of compressed air. The main component is a cylindrical spool that moves inside a sealed valve body opening or blocking the ports to route the air through different paths depending on the spool positions. The movement of the spool is controlled by solenoid Pilot operated valve, springs, pressurized air etc.,

For Electrically operated valves (Solenoid) and to operate the solenoid side, Manual operators provided. “Push” Type and “Push & Turn” to lock type to operate the Pilot valve without electrical supply.

DS2 Series

DS2 Type is a Spool valve with solenoid pilot or air pilot for actuation. All the ports are threaded type. Available Sizes: G1 /8, G1 /4 and G1 /2 Available types:

• 3/2 way – Normally Closed , Normally Open – Single solenoid(Internal) Pilot operated Valve with Spring return

• 3/2 way – Normally Closed , Normally Open – Double solenoid(Internal) Pilot operated Valve

• 5/2 way- Single solenoid(Internal) Pilot operated Valve with Spring return

• 5/2 way- Double solenoid(Internal) Pilot operated Valve

• 5/3 way - Double solenoid(Internal) Pilot operated Valve – Blocked , Exhausted & Energised models.

• 3/2 way – Normally Closed , Normally Open – Single External Pilot operated Valve with Spring return

• 3/2 way – Normally Closed , Normally Open – Double External Pilot operated Valve

• 5/2 way- Single External Pilot operated Valve with Spring return

DS3 series - Compact Valve - Namur Standard

DS3 Type is a Spool valve with solenoid pilot or air pilot for actuation. “IN” and “Exhaust” ports are threaded type. The “Outlet holes” are provided with “NAMUR Standard” fitment. The 5/2 way is converted as 3/2 NC or 3/2 NO by fixing a adaptor plate. Available Sizes: G1 /4 and G1 /2 Available types:

• 3/2 way – Normally Closed , Normally Open – Single solenoid(Internal) Pilot operated Valve with Spring return

• 3/2 way – Normally Closed , Normally Open – Double solenoid(Internal) Pilot operated Valve

• 5/2 way- Single solenoid(Internal) Pilot operated Valve with Spring return

• 5/2 way- Double solenoid(Internal) Pilot operated Valve (in G1/4 )

These valves can be mounted individually, with NAMUR pattern manifold.

DS5 series

DS5 Type is a Spool valve with External solenoid pilot for actuation. All the ports are threaded type. Available Size: G1/4 Available types:

• 5/2 way- Single solenoid (Internal) Pilot operated Valve with Spring return

• 5/2 way- Double solenoid (External) Pilot operated Valve

These valves can be mounted individually or with Manifold. Recommended to mount one or more valves inline, in Sub base type.

All the solenoid operated valves have two types of coils with 22mm and 17mm width.

• Standard Coil - Recommended Coil Voltages AC - 24, 48, 110, 220. DC 12, 24, 48, 110

• Flameproof coil (Recommended for NAMUR valves DS3 Series) AC : 220V, DC: 24V.
