Janatics Y Shape Connector is provided with male thread arrangement along with provisions for inserting tubes, enabling the connection and distribution of pneumatic lines efficiently. This fitting is used in Space constraint locations. The metal threaded part is connected with plastic housing. The tube can be easily inserted, and when the collet cap is pressed, the tube gets released for convenient operation.
Nylon (PA6), Soft Nylon, Polyethylene, and Polyurethane tubes with various colours can be used. Applicable outer tube diameters are available in (mm): 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16 sizes. In this design, different configurations are available to suit various pneumatic applications. In this design we have the following type.
