Janatics Air preparation Units - FRL group of products, Precision Regulator and Proportional Pressure Regulator are to be properly mounted on any surface or machine base to avoid loosening and leakage in the products due to vibration. With the recommended Mountings and Accessories, the products are mounted individually and as a modular unit for easy mounting and maintenance.

FRL (Regular) series
Clamp : For Mounting individual Unit of Filter and Lubricator
Clamp with Panel hole : For Mounting individual Unit of Regulator and FRC.
Spacer : Assembled between any two FRL products to join as assembly.
X- Spacer assembly : 4-way connector. Having ports on all sides. Mountable Between Filter and Regulator for Filtered air. In between Regulator and Lubricator for air with set pressure and without lubrication. All the 4 sides can be connected for air, in the port provided.
T- Spacer : Assembled between any two FRL products to join with one outlet port.
Piping adaptor : With ports for connection for modular unit assembly, at both ends.
Wall Mounting Bracket : Assembled between any two FRL products to join as assembly. Mounting holes provided for mounting on any base or wall.
Pressure Gauge : Round Gauge with dial and male thread for mounting on port.
Panel mounting Pressure Gauge : Round Gauge with dial with Screws for panel mounting.
Auto Drain Valve : These Auto drain units are externally mountable Filters and FRC units.
Angular Line Strainer : Fitted in the air line for filtering the dust. Angular shape for high flow.
Pressure Indicator : Pneumatic Pressure in the pipeline is indicated by colored piston for easy identification. Panel mountable. With female port thread.

FRL [Light weight] series
Bracket : Used in between Modular Mounting of Filter, Regulator, Lubricator, Soft start valve, Shut off valve and distribution block.
Piping adaptor with Bracket assembly : With ports for connection for modular unit assembly, at both ends.
Wall Mounting Bracket assembly : Assembled between any two FRL products to join as assembly. Mounting holes provided for mounting on any base or wall.
Piping adaptor with Wall Mounting Bracket assembly : Assembled at the ends of FRL products to join as modular assembly. Mounting holes provided for mounting on any base or wall. With ports for air connection for modular unit assembly, at both ends.
Clamp : For Mounting individual Unit of Filter, Regulator and Lubricator.
Clamp (Panel mounting) : Clamp with Panel hole for Mounting individual Unit of Regulator and FRC.
Pressure Gauge : Flush type pressure Gauge for Inbuilt mounting.
Adaptor Plate : Provided with female thread for mounting male threaded pressure Gauges.

Clamp : L- type Panel Mounting type – 1/4”
Clamp : L - type Mounting – 1/2”
Pressure Gauge : Round Gauge with dial and male thread for mounting on port.

Proportional Pressure Regulator
L- Clamp : For Mounting on wall /any machine base.
Foot Bracket : For Mounting on any machine base.
Straight Connector : Electrical connector with M12 Thread.
