Janatics Flow Control Valve is used to control the flow of inlet or exhaust. This valve is a combination of needle valve for flow control and Non-return Valve for free flow. The needle / orifice controls the air flow to control the speed of the pneumatic device attached to. The NRV allows the air freely. This flow control valve used in the pneumatic circuit to control the operation sequence. The non return valve reduces the total cycle time for the function.

Janatics flow control valve types:

• Elbow type - Plastic housing:
  Plastic housing with tube insertion provision. Metal part with male pipe thread, needle assembly and locking nut.
  Available Sizes:M5(Metric), R1/8, R1/4, R3/8, R1/2.
  With various sizes of tubing provision.

• Elbow type - Metal housing:
  Metal housing with female pipe thread. Metal part with male pipe thread, needle assembly.
  Available Sizes: M5(Metric), G1/8, G1/4, G3/8, G1/2, G3/4.

• In line Type – Plastic Housing:
  Plastic housing with tube insertion provision both sides.
  Available Sizes: IN and OUT, Tube OD in mm - 4, 6, 8, 10, 12.
