Janatics Manifolds / Sub base

Janatics Manifolds / Sub base are recommended for mounting individual valve or multiple valves. The directional control valves direct acting or pilot operated are mounted in multiples in the recommended Manifolds for compactness. It is used for optimizing air distribution, reducing piping complexity and Space saving.

E Series Manifolds:

To mount the 3/2-way NC valve, In Single or Multiples.

E2 Series:

• Plug type Manifolds – No.of valves mountable - 4, 6 and 9 Valves

• Connector type Manifolds - No of valves mountable – 1, 2, 3 and 5 Valves

Connector assembly recommended for connecting the two Manifolds. Cover plate assembly recommended for plugging the unutilized position.

E4 & E5 Series:

• Plug type Manifolds – No.of valves mountable - 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 Valves

Cover plate assembly recommended for plugging the unutilized position.

DS2 Series:

DS2 Series spool type valve, for mounting 3/2, 5/2 and 5/3 in Multiples, separate Manifolds are recommended.

• Block type Manifolds – 2,4,6 and 8 valves – 3/2.

• Block type Manifolds – 2,4,6 and 8 valves – 5/2 and 5/3.

• Plug type Manifolds – 2,4,6 and 8 valves – 3/2, 5/2 and 5/3.

Cover plate assembly recommended for plugging the unutilized position. Dummy plug recommended for plugging the unutilized position in plug type manifold. These types of Manifolds are available for port size G1/8, G1/4 and G1/2 size valves.

EF Series:

EF Series poppet type valve, for mounting 3/2 and 5/2 in Multiples, separate Manifolds are recommended.

• Block type Manifolds – 2,4,6 and 8 valves – 3/2.

• Block type Manifolds – 2,4,6 and 8 valves – 5/2.

• Plug type Manifolds – 2,4,6 and 8 valves – 3/2 and 5/2.

Cover plate assembly recommended for plugging the unutilized position. Dummy plug recommended for plugging the unutilized position in plug type manifold. These types of Manifolds are available for port G1/4 size valves.

DS5 Series:

DS5 Series spool type valve, for mounting 5/2 separate in Multiples, Manifolds are recommended.

• Block type Manifolds – 2,4,6 and 8 valves – 5/2.

Cover plate assembly recommended for plugging the unutilized position. These types of Manifolds are available for port G1/4 size valves.

DS4 Series:

Mounting interface for ISO - Size 1:

This Sub base is recommended for mounting single valve. This sub base is as per ISO 5599-1. The drilling pattern can be machined on the surface of a machine or base for mounting the valve in single or multiple. 5/2-way valve can be mounted on this sub base.

Mounting interface for ISO - Size 3:

This Sub base is recommended for mounting single valve. This sub base is as per ISO 5599-1. The drilling pattern can be machined on the surface of a machine or base for mounting the valve in single or multiple. 5/2-way and 5/3 way valve can be mounted on this sub base.
